Welcome to Meeting Booker's Help Pages.

Meeting Booker (MB) is designed for accelerators and incubators to manage meetings between a large number of advisors and the founders and members of the companies within the program. Beyond simply scheduling and booking meetings, MB has a set of specific features designed to facilitate engagement with early stage founders on flexible programs.

These include offering professional advisors flexibility in sending appropriate personnel to meetings and help program staff to manage founders and/or advisors into functional groupings.

MB integrates with existing calendar systems, recognising that different advisors will be using existing third party solutions such as google, outlook or apple iCloud.

MB has extensive reporting options, which allow you to measure usage, track no shows and improve program capacity planning. You can find further help on creating flexible Reports. In a similar fashion, rules can be applied that govern how often an advisor may be booked etc., again essential in capacity planning scenarios for busy programs.
